1. Clueless Beginning

My journey for Turn-Key Solution began out of frustration with a small business I started from scratch. I developed a process to "Refinish Countertops" rather than replacing your existing countertops with expensive stone. I thought with a service that will save the customer thousands of dollars with no demolition and a customizeed look I would have people flocking to my business.

2. My first Dilemma

Although my service was a great alternative to replacing your countertops, no one had ever heard of it or seen one. So I had no one looking for a service like what I do. And I had no credibility because I had only done countertops for friends and family that I could point to. I was new to this business with a new product. I didn't have a bad reputation. I just had no reputation in that industry.

3. What is marketing and how do I go about it?

They say you can have the best product in the world but if you don't know how to market it you will go out of business. So the next few years I studied everything I could on small business marketing. It took me five years to finally be able to quit waiting on tables (to pay the bills) and was able to commit full time to my business. Through those years I have honed my marketing process into what I have now coined the "6R Marketing Framework"

4. Why do I feel like I'm always struggling to keep up?

The last couple of years I had a good customer flow and was feeling pretty good about my business. I wasn't struggling to keep afloat. I thought I would then have some breathing room and it not be so exhausting. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I was even busier because of marketing and had to follow-up in Facebook, Google, Phone calls both on my business and cell phone, text messages, emails, voice mails and others. I felt like I couldn't keep up with everything and knew I was missing a piece of the puzzle of small business.

5. Tailored systems and automations is the missing piece of the puzzle!

After looking into some way to consolidate my small business practices and automate a lot of these tasks, I built a platform that would incorporate Google, FaceBook, all my phone calls and text messages into one place. I then created automations to make processes flow automatically without my personal touch. This "platform" has helped me to analyze my ads to determine which is working best, keep me organized, skyrocket my Google reviews, increased referrals through my referral program, and allows me to quickly respond to customer questions and set up appointments.

I am now offering the Turn-Key platform to other small business service industries to help them grow their business and save them time.
